How we work with owners
A simple four-step process. From first conversation to first booking under our management is typically two weeks.

Discovery call (20 min)
We review your property, your current performance (if listed), and your goals. You walk away with a market-grounded revenue estimate either way — even if we don't end up working together.
- 02
Co-host agreement
Plain-language one-page agreement. Performance-based fee, month-to-month, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No hidden lock-ins.
- 03
Onboarding (5–7 days)
We get co-host access to your listing(s), audit pricing and photos, connect with your existing cleaner (or recommend one), and stage your calendar for the next 90 days.
- 04
We operate. You get paid.
We run guest comms, pricing, and ops day-to-day. You get a monthly report and 70% of gross deposited automatically. Cancel any month with 30 days' notice.
